Bill Clinton joins the opposition to the United States' stance on AIDS education.

Former US president Bill Clinton became the most prominent leader yet to criticize US AIDS policy at the XVI International AIDS Conference in Toronto, Canada, yesterday.

The President's talk is very much appreciated & it is the reality.
Being born as a humanbeing, abstienence alone will never work out. The program should be corporated with other prevention strategies. As so much of money is pooled in this program alone, probably most of them wants to take up with this program where there will be less output. Its time to reconsider the prevention strategies...
