Power up your memory bank
A stimulating night's sleep improves recall.

So what your saying is you have a device that has been proven to increase memory but are afraid to market it over concerns over what the long term side effects might be. Example, cell phones affect brain waves with every use with no known benefits and conflicting evidence on whether chronic exposure causes brain tumors. Now a multi billion dollar industry would not want to confuse people by conducting a conflicting study so as to give users a reason to believe their plones are safe or would they. Lets look at some other examples of such double think tackticts used by industries such as the tobacco$, coal$, nuclear$, drug$, chemical$, and my favorite pesticides$ all known chronic health hazards. My point is what is your point bring the device to fruition surely $ is not the issue and the long term negative effects if any could be coverd up by a conflicting study.
