Pacific Biosciences gets sued – and that’s just business as usual

The suit was filed on 21 December in the US District Court for Northern California on behalf of people and companies who bought stock in PacBio between Oct. 27, 2010 – when the company made its initial public offering – and Sept. 20, 2011.
