R&D Scoreboard is gone for good
The UK government is not going to reinstate its R&D Scoreboard, which analysed the R&D investment by the country’s top 1,000 research-active businesses and investment by the top 1,000 global companies in the UK. The last edition was produced in November 2010, but earlier this year the government considered reviving the annual report. According to the Campaign for Science and Engineering (CaSE), this has now been ruled out.
