What would you do for funding? In an attempt to highlight red-tape and a lack of grants in Italy a group of medical researchers have stripped off.

Oh, how this reminds me of the much-missed 'Studmuffins of Science' calendar, which featured 12 research hunks (one a month) for two years in the middle 1990s. See http://archive.southcoasttoday.com/daily/12-95/12-04-95/scistud.htm.
