The statement Early bird gets the better song, may be true, perhaps, only for animals, but not for humans: all predispositions are transmitted equals in newborns, but their consequences are modified substantially by environmental factors, either positively or negatively. That accounts for the efficiousness of primary preventin in Medicine!
