Today’s daily dose is coming at you at 100 beats per minute. We’ve got a video that shows proper CPR technique, from a surprising source.
Usually, when TV shows and movies include a lifesaving scene, the technique demonstrated is laughably poor — actors give chest compressions that are weak, shallow and slow. But this scene from the American version of “The Office” has some pretty helpful tips in between the laughs.
Video thanks to Meredith Sorensen, who has a detailed article on popular culture and CPR.
