Naturejobs, the careers section and website from Nature, is looking for 4 postdocs to each write monthly diary-like articles for a series called the Postdoc Journal for 2008. These articles are written in the first person and describe the writers’ lives in the lab and how they’re trying to figure out their careers.

As a former editor at Naturejobs, I can tell you that the Journal series is hugely popular among readers and this is a great way to get some writing experience, and to get published in Nature. Deadline for applications is December 17, 2007.
