Things slow down around here after classes end. So, the holidays offer a good time to catch up on the Boston-areas scientific riches.
One of them is CreatureCast: a collaborative blog produced by members of the Dunn Lab at Brown University, along with assorted friends. This project, which is focussed on zoology in the broad sense, serves as a forum to present original content that we have produced and observations by others that we find interesting and beautiful.
The subtitle here is “The Unexpected World of Animals.” The site is also cross-posted on Scitable, Nature’s “collaborative learning site.”
