London’s weather, every three seconds

Us Londoners, and Brits in general, are obsessed with the weather. Yet, according to Dr Andrew Hudson-Smith at UCL’s Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis, our meteorological service does not have an official recording station in London.

Andy and the crew at CASA have fixed that by creating their very own weather station on UCL’s roof. The live data tells you everything you could want to know about the elements, from the height of the clouds to the windchill factor.

The clouds have risen three feet since I started typing this.
