Everyone loves a good pub quiz. And one of the best is coming up. How do I know? Cos I’ll be hosting it.

Get to the Royal Institution bar for 7pm on 26 May for six rounds of science trivia. The questions come from Martin Davies at the Ri, with help from me, Scott Keir and Pascal Craw. We’ve pitched most of the questions at a level that anyone with an interest in science would be able to have a bash at. So we won’t be asking you to solve differential equations or write out the citric acid cycle. Entry is £2 per person and there’s no need to book in advance.
