So You’re Not Interested In a Free Trip To California, Then?

At this summer’s Science Blogging conference, the wrap-up panel challenged all of us to get a senior scientist blogging.

The deadline for the challenge ain’t that far off. You need to badger your bigwigs into blogging by January 5, and email Timo Hannay (t.hannay [at] nature.com) to let us know.

We’ve had a few entries, but we’re not exactly packed to the fume cupboards with nominations.

The prize is there for the taking, and what a prize: an all-expenses paid trip to next year’s Science Foo Camp at the Googleplex in California, for both you and the person you get blogging.

Unless you work for one of the organisers and are very fortunate, there are only two ways to get to Sci Foo: become a world leader in your discipline, or win this competition.
