Ibukun needed to access training that was not available in her home country of Nigeria and had to leave her husband and young son behind.\u00a0This month&#8217;s career expert is\u00a0 James Gould, <a href=\"https:\/\/postdoc.hms.harvard.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Director for the Office for Postdoctoral Fellows<\/a>\u00a0at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
