Of Trailers and Trustees

Two local scientists doing interesting things today: Athene Donald is a professor of physics at the University of Cambridge and newly appointed Trustee of the National Museum of Science and Industry, consisting of four UK museums, the biggest being the Science Museum in London. Her blog in general is always worth a read, but today’s post is particularly special: her first visit to the Science Museum without a child, through an adult’s eyes.

Five minutes down the road in South Ken, Stephen Curry is professor of Structural Biology at Imperial College, London and former winner of I’m a Scientist, Get Me Out of Here! So what will he do with his winnings, to be spent on a science communication project?
